Various State and Federal Laws require school districts to provide a beneficial, customized educational experience to students with diverse and unique needs. While there is no definitive, conclusive list of conditions that vest a right to specialized educational care, it is absolutely prohibited to avoid these requirements where a student is found to have a diagnosable mental or physical condition that requires individualized care.
